Having a separate desk for scrapbooking is an excellent idea and a good investment when you really love this hobby and indulge in it often.  Since there are so many small items you use for making scrapbooks, and because you need to keep the pages and paper nice and neat and free of damage, it is a good idea to have a separate area for your supplies.  To really make the most of your desk for scrapbooking there are a few scrapbooking ideas you should think about before you make a purchase.

The space under your desk for scrapbooking is another place to use for storage; a small rolling cart with drawers is inexpensive and is easily accessible under your scrapbooking desk.

Creating page layouts is easier and quicker when you have a scrapbooking desk that is neat and organized.You won’t waste your time cleaning a space to work on your scrapbooking project, and it allows you to get started right away.  The time you take to maintain your scrapbooking organization will be well worth it when you’re able to get more scrapbooking layouts done.
